I don't swim, never mind diving. The pond is over 6 feet deep which hold 20,000 gallons of water (15,000 gallons for the pond and 5,000 gallons with multi chamber bio filters filled with all Japanese mats). In order for me to get down there to remove the waterlilies plus about 50 bricks, I have to drain a lots of water. I will not be able to run my filter if the water level is too low. It will take couple of days to refill the water. By then my filter will be dead for sure. I definitely do not want to kill my filter. In addition, there are still a dozen kois in the pond. If I kill even one koi which will be more expensive than paying for the two divers.

Derrick
