Always got to be someone in the crowd who sees it differently......

I like tosai. It's a challenge to read them but they make such giant steps forward their first year that it's enjoyable to watch them grow and change.

I don't see this koi becoming overly huge based on the length of the head, even if kept in marvelous,gigantic water. I can't see the fins under the belly
to grasp the strength of the sumi but it is obviously there and will take time to come out in your water.

The skin is nice, and i think altho we can't judge the quality of the sumi, I still like it's chances.

Igarashi Kazuto breeds shiro's that don't show any black thru the skin or under. they are all white, and they are his best ones. He won't sell them the first year.....Maybe there's the gambler in you and i that makes us excited to see what a "long shot" will do.
