Hi Isis, sometime it takes more than 2 scrap to see any parasites, couple of months ago had an outbreak of flukes on of my fish was flashing, so took it out and did scrape, didn't see anything, took another scrape, nothing, after 6 attempt found the flukes. I still think you have a parasite if possible bowl fish and bring to pond/koi dealer to have it scope again to identify the parasites. Just my 2 cent.
