In Dallas a few years back, the excavation, stell, plumbing stubbed out and gunite was $17,000 for my 18,500 gallon pond. Sooooo, depending on locational differences, 10,000 gallons w/ 2 bottom drains skimmer, Nexuses etc should be doable for around $20,000 plus polyurea?
