Coming back to your "Select Kujaku". There are few characteristic of a Kujaku. Firstly, "Metallic Koi with the reticulated netting pattern of Matsuba" in other word, it must be sheen. Secondly, whether the head must have Beni(Hi) or not (i.e. gold, yellow, orange or red...what ever crap colour), that is not important, but the most important is that the Head must be clear and clean (I personally prefer two colours in the head), not dirty like congested look. Thirdly, the fins must be vibrant and unblemished. Forthly, the beni must be consistence distributed and must show the netting pattern underneath. Not forget the body confirmation!!
