Thanks to everyone who tried to help - it turned out to be just about the worst thing it could be.
KHV/CNGV. My fish are all dying, one by one and although everyone says it repeatedly - I am going to again - QUARANTINE!!!!!!
And know exactly what fish you are buying, where they are from and if they have been tested.
This is possibly the worst experience someone who keeps and loves their koi can have to go through.
