wouldn't be an issue or at least has not been an issue for me. we get at least a few nights per winter that temp drop below freezing. I meant you can literally see the thin layer of ice on grass in the morning. waterfall running fine. I left it through out the winter. day time coldest water temp was in low 40's but it's temporary.
