never say never...BUT

But there are lots of incidences where Hikkui was cured but when put back
in the same circumstances as before, it again started up .

I have read volumns on it, causes etc but it seems certain individuals are disposed to being deteriorated by it. Others in the same pond are fine.

In some of the older Rinko's, fish were cured in green ponds and when brought back to the owner's pond it kicked up again.I also think recovery depends upon how quickly the episode was dealt with. So who wants to own a koi you never see? Hence the understanding it can't be cured. Maybe we should add to the satisfaction of the owner's present facilities.
