Daniel, I like the fact that these are the new generation. These are the kids of the personalities I know ( except for Isa). They should be very different than their dad's in style and delivery. They are not the top breeders of Japan, but good solid breeders with a lot of experience for their ages. A good time should be had by all that attend.
The key will be , as these Breeder events usually are, about the quality and ease of translation. It is important that the translator know KOI as well as have translating abilities, as this has always proved to be the difference between correct interpretration/education and confused jumbled answers.
I'd keep the questions straight forward and not complicate communication with difficult complex topics. In fact, submitting the questions before hand is always a good idea. JR
