Yes. There are about 35 of the 2007 pins left. I am holding several orders for the 2008 pins and am still waiting for delivery. I know that Lee was working with the pin designer trying to somehow incorporate all three of the Cayman Islands in the new pin design. The 2007 pin only has the island of Grand Cayman depicted on it.
