All the readings still the same today except the nitrite in the LR tank dropped to 0.25 yesterday. The BH is nitrite 6 ppm still.

The lava rock Bakki was fully cycled at 30 days, the BH still sitting there at 5 ppm nitrite.

I went to Danbury to see Brett, Savannah and Roark for further testing of BH for Far Infrared Rays effect on the alleged removing of the bite from various kinds of adult beverages.

We tested 21 year old Balvenie Scotch, Patron Gold Tequila, a very rare cognac, and Everclear (which we did not get to, fortunately), with and without Bacteria House media, ( never used and uncycled) . We tested also with the media wrapped in plastic to rule out other physical influences other than F.I.R. The results were most interesting.

Brett had to bow out because he was supposed to take his wife to a movie and if he went drinking with his friends instead she would kill him.

Here we have the lab table.

The Bacteria House is soaking in the Scotch. At first we did blind taste tests but as the results were so obvious we soon gave up on that.

Two out of three test subjects found a difference with the Scotch, the Bakki soaked Scotch having less afterburn. To SMG both were hideous.

Here Roark tests the Tequila.

So I gather from all your testing that we should soak all of our wheat germ in scotch before feeding right?

Dick I know your dedication to the hobby and if you had been there you would have done the same thing.

Roark finds a definite increased smoothness to the Bakki tequila.
