meters

I think as a purely profesional way of making the top quality meters well known the speaker should bring a few meters to pass around to "selected" guest in attendance... Purely from the standpoint of word-of-mouth being the best form of advertising...

Well Luke, you must know something that I don't. Since I'm the speaker coordinator, I must tell you that no one from Hanna is speaking.
Actually I contacted them once about donating to the show raffle and got a no, so end of story there. However, as you recall, you do have a room set aside to do some things like this at AFKAPS, so if a hobbyist is in town and wants to do some demoing for the group, I think that is a great idea.
If indeed you are in contact with someone from the company that would like to give a talk at AFKAPS, hey, great!!! Please have them contact me and I will put them on the regular schedule to speak. This is a good topic and would love to have one of their professionals present a talk at the show.

Thanks to all for the feedback. I too was thinking going the Hannah route. Your input just confirmed it.
