Fish Update (Pics)

Hey,
Here are some pics of the fish I have moved over to my new 4400 gallon pond. Here are some pics of a Shiro I got last year and then pics taken on June 3. I got her(maybe him) at the end of last season and he didnt grow muchin length, except he developed an impressive bone structure. The sumi has gotten much better.

This is a Jinbei sanke I bought at the end of last year, its growth was compromised by some mouth rot problems. Hopefully it will put on some good size this year as it is probably going to be my best fish. Incredible tategoi.

And here is the last fish to be moved over for now. A 2 year old Ohya Showa Female. First pic is from the beggining of this year when it was purchased by the dealer. However all the girth has been lost because one of the above 3 fish spawned with her oh well . It was supposed to be a female only pond...I guess I was wrong.

Nice collection of youngsters! You are going to have a great summer watching them develop. .... Don't think you'll do much in a young koi show, though. These will be too big by September.

Alex,
No comment on the breeder of the Shiro? I agree with Mike, your going to really enjoy your summer watching these koi grow and mature.
I quess if i was forced to admit which one I like best it would be the kohaku followed closely by the shiro!
Thanks for sharing the photos and I hope to see them again this fall!

Hey Dick,
Its a Kaneko shiro, it was the cheapest out of the 4 and I have been very surprised by its development. Soon I will also move over the momotaro sanke I bought and have the updated picture. Also the reason why the little jinbei sanke will be my best and not the kohaku...the kohaku is my moms fish.

Bext Regards,
Alex Gibbs
