donovan:

The real trick in buying koi the first time is staggering your purchases each day instead of buying something immediately and then going days when you see better and have nothing left in the wallet.

The second trip back hint is don't go with a pre idea of what you want. it may be that that variety was a bad year production wise so you pass up a good something else for what your holdiong out for. Learn what makes a good koi and when you see one buy it as opposed to only wanting a red kujacku and getting disappointed. If you stumble across a greatr kumonryu you'd better get it!

Don't sell any breeder of koi short. If you like their koi and can't decide what to choose ask, they know what will turen out better than anyone.

good luck to you and be sure and give us a report when you get back pics are even better!

Replacement Copy

Thanks to Brain for sending me another copy of the magazine. The first copy was sent to my old house and was in poor condition when I collect it. Wrote to Brain and he sent me another copy.

Thanks.
