hi guys
at what temperature do you all keep your water during

the winter months,do you turn the heaters of for any length of time.

Hi Dags,
Here where I live in South Africa my main pond seldom goes below 10c and usually stays between 10 and 11c. I never in 6 years had any problems with my koi during winter at these temps and I think personally keeping koi above 10c during winter is a waste of good money.At 10c my koi stay eager to feed and get fed three to four times a week very small amounts.

Tend to stick with 15 degrees over the Winter, keeping everything else the same (air/pumping rate/etc)
