They seem very healthy , strong and the colours looks great.
Does the food you feed them contain a color enhancer?

I feed our little guys frozen blood worms as a color enhancer, as opposed to spirulina. The only color enhancer in the dry food I feed is shrimp meal...

My Kikusui babies are one week old today and were not affected by the cold except for growth as you said.
The temps are back in the thirties again and our Summer should be here now in full swing.
At what size or age do you recommend I start to cull Kikusui?

Hello Jaco

Like Dick, I dont have any color enhancers in their pelleted food but I do supplement there diet with shrimp. I used bloodworms when they were fry size.
I take shrimp and put them in a processor. After they are pretty minced I put it all in a large tupperware with a scoop of clay powder...shake it up and let it sit for a few minutes then let them have it. They suck up every last piece rather quickly.

Was very glad to hear that your guys made it through the cold snap.
