Jason, got your message yesterday, sorry that I didn't return your call...cell was acting crazy...Well, to answer you quite honestly, I am not a dealer...Do I help out Kevin and Tom Lai? I think the key thing that we all know and should understand is that to be in this hobby you MUST have a trusting relationship with your dealer(s). I think dealing with Tom and Kevin since 1997, they trust me enough to help them out with shipments and stuff like that. Is it a learning curve I might have over people? Yes. I have learned enough and even more than others to get me by in this hobby.
If shown enough interest to learn I think the dealers will take not just me but others who are willing, under their wings. Now, if people see me at a dealers shop, it's simply to keep my brain learning more about koi. I hope this clarifies everything. I have pretty much had to go to the dealers and learn all about Nishikigoi, when the so called elder hobbyist wouldn't look my way. But it's cool...no hard feelings.
By the way, me sell Vaio or any of my fishes? I don't think so..I know the rules of the show and fully honor them..

Sorry, it came up as a response to another club member who didn't know Kevin and your apparent relationship that well.

Upon reflection I think the club member got you confused with a local koi dealer named Anthony. I should've checked that angle first, but with time short I confirmed with you first.
