BTW, a really good breeder looks hard at the white net pattern on the narumi
variety to make sure the net pattern is the same thickness throughout. Bet you didn't know that you even look at that as part of a good ones! If the netting is not uniform then off to market it goes!
We haven't yet talked about the different kinds. The book lists several but anymore you can only find realistically four types.
Gin Rin
Narumi
Gunjo or konjo
and reverse.
No one has seen a sanke or waterfall one for a long time in the flesh.
We've discussed Iwashita for GR before. Otsuka for reverse. Lots of people breed the other two with Hosokai known for his narumi. |
