Looks good to me also. One other thing that I would think about since it is a liner pond is making all the folds away from the direction of the TPR's.

Dick,
Just got in from doing my annual pre trim on all my Bonsai. Hopefully the pond will be finished by late spring - early summer. I have most of the stuff collected for the pond as far as equipment , fittings etc. goes. The big things I am saving for now are the heater components, finish concrete work and liner. I am expecting the pond construction work to be limited to the weekends soon as I have been off 5 months now so I really need to find a job 8)!

Mike,

Rock? LOL! Take a look at the picture, Hell yeah this is Western Washington one big gravel pit. All old pyroclastic flow from the volcanoes, the soil composition is litterally about 40-70 percent rock from pea to boulders. Worse digging conditions other than bedrock. After the 6-8 inches of topsoil when you jump on a shovel you be lucky to get 1/2 inch depth. Its all rock bar work, stop, scoop out, rock bar, stop, scoop out, etc. takes me about 3-5 hours to dig one post sized hole to the depth of 24" and then it is not what you would call uniform because of all the rocks you have to take out of the sides. Along that side also is the Gas and Water main service to the house (got the Water main once already). Plus will be finished with a concrete pad in that area so with being a liner pond I dont want to put anything in that will be inaccessible later for maintenance, repair or upgrade.

Dick, I would love to go as long as something does not come up. I call you later for specifics.

Lester: You are a person with far greater determination than I. If I had to dig in that stuff myself, there'd be no pond! Good luck.
