ammo lock during spawning question

Has anyone used ammo lock or any other ammonia remover into a spawning tank with eggs along with water exchanges, Have had a very large spawn in a 1250k tank. All parents have been removed. Have done continuous water changes but cant seem to drive ammonia down to a comfortable level.

Keifer I did a little research for you and Aquarium Pharmaceutical say it stops fungus infections and can be safely used with fish eggs. Maybe call them and talk with them about it if you dont get the answers you want on this board. Just a suggestion .
