good hi for Tategoi Kohaku ???

hi folks,

when buying any Tategoi Kohaku, I look for the Hoshi from shoulder thru to tail to see whether it has a good hi for tategoi and hoping it will be developed to an excellent hi in the future. My question is, any other factors to be considered for a good hi for Tategoi Kohaku?

That is one good point to look at, also the depth of sashi should be considered and kiwa.

Sashi, yes.

Kiwa - Do young Tategoi koi (e.g. < 1 yr) have different "standard kiwa" compare to mature koi?

Thanks,
