I sorry, I misunderstood your post and assumed it was directed at me. You should still check that site out if you want a good fish for a good price and want soemthing hardy. Jimbei, Hansulke, Genjiro, Dianichi, Yamamatsu and others there have pretty hardy koi.

They might not have the GC wins other breeders have, but their fish can hang in a storm and can be bought for liveable price. Mine went through a hurricane, literally, and were just hungry after it was all over. LOL

You probably wont win GC with one from there too often, but at least they will live through your learning curve, hopefully. If one dies, it wont cost you 5 or ten grand.

JG and Valarc:

Not taking sides here, but have a suggestion... If you guys go to Newt's board you can really have it out and let each other know what you really think about each other, among other things... I think Newt would love to have you guys there...

Save your helpful information for this board and use Newt's for every thing else... It's an amazing place...

Peace V Mike T

Brian: We need the Japanese 2 finger icon for peace on this board...

People PLEASE!

If you want to debate a pump and it's workmanship or performance that is one thing. If you want to turn it into a pissin contest with someone you don't know that is something totally different.

I have intentionally attempted to stay off this thread due to my being a distributor for Mr. Lim. I have been doing some behind the scenes consultation, as has Steve and Kent on this matter.

The pump is being replaced and the old pump will be tested by whomever Tom feels comfortable with testing it. If he is not comfortable with me being involved, that is his call. I have asked Roark if he would enter into the testing and I do believe he has spoke with William on the matter, but I am unaware what has come of it to this point.

I am sure that one of those directly involved will post as this develops.

The customer will be calling Steve tomorrow. The customer would love to see Lim come out , but I don't think that will happen. I say have him come out and install the new pump with the customer. When it doesn't suck in air, the problem is done with. Then maybe we can vote on Brian remove this thread

Time to put this thread to sleep guys, it's getting out of control.

Tom

PS: Jen, I need you to write me a poem for my wife.

Your last post... I hereby extend a peace pipe to val, can we bury the hatchet?
B itch'n.

Waves are down from a south swell of 18' last week, actually 9' by the old way of measuring... Waiting for two hurricanes to roll on by sometime next week... This may cause another big swell... The biggest wave I ever rode was generated by a hurricane that passed the Islands in '57... I'm dating myself ain't I...

Kawabunga, Mike the beach bum from Waikiki...

Well the impeller was a spinnin
Somehow it was suckin some air
as it took the big dive out of total dispair
Now it seems a little weird but afterall
That Dragon's not suckin no air after that fall
The mornin news was enough to make you quiver
Guess what's sittin on the bottom of the Tallahatchie river

Time flys like an arrow
Fruit flies like a banana
