Tony I was the one that took it in last time for the customer. When I went to pick it up he looked me in the face and said nothings wrong with the pump. I told him he's full of SHIT.

Another dealer was telling me about a issue he had. The bearing when out on the wet end of a Lim pump and with the bearing going out on it, it flooded out the pump. The dealer took it to Lim, and Lim told him the bearing went out on it. Lim would fix the bearing, but not the rest of the pump because by the beading leaking, water into the motor. Lim told him the customer flooded the motor on it and they don't cover flooded motors. But if the beading never failed on it it would of never happened. LIM would NOT fix the pump. The dealer came out of pocket and gave his customer a new pump.

Why are dealer pushing other pump, you guess. Sequence and Performance Pro have great customer service and dealer support.

I think I'm going to send MR Lim a link to this thread. Maybe he will come on and tell us why he doesn't back his products.

Tom

I have used W limm pumps in the past. You could not pay me to use any of his products. his customer service well lets just say He has none. I install about 12 to 20 pumps a month and I only use Performance Pro's they have excellent performance, and excellent customer support. W. limm is good at blaming the customer or the installer for any problems with his pumps etc.. Bad man to do business

Welcome Frank, out of all the PP pumps I have sold I have NEVER had a problem with one. OH I take that back. Years ago UPS damaged one and PP sent out that part that day at no cost. I have to say I think PP has one of the best pumps out. I have 4 of them on my pond. I think maybe you should try one of his pressurized pre-filters Frank.

OK I have to say. I think Mr. Lim is a nice guy. But when it comes to some business things he needs a lot of work.

A few thing about W Lim Corp. When we use to do a lot more business with them we could alway count on him having things in stock. He would also ship thinks out the same day most of the time. His billing is great also. I think W Lim Corp has to think more about customer service and dealer support. I have to say I think that needs a lot of help. The best thing Mr. Lim ever did is add Elliot to his staff. If anyone could help make things better Elliot can. I have known Elliot for years. He's one hell of a great guy. If I could pay him to work for me I would.
