Niigata in October
Anyone making a trip out to Niigata this October? Thinking of taking a trip out to Niigata before the snowfalls. Maybe get some last looks at some koi, if they are not brought in for winter yet.

Good idea, do the authorities require local people to register with them before entrance to Niigata? Have a safe trip!
