Kohaku for Jaco

I've not harvested many tosai yet, today I brought up a few kohaku, here are two of them.

Maurice, do you think the one on the left will keep it's beni? When I look at tosai like that, I always pass them up. Beni just doesn't look strong to me.

Tom, that's a point that has concerned me many times over the last few years of breeding.

The more you see, the easier it becomes. The difference is this koi is only 4 months old, few see tosai of this age!

I'm confident, but I'll show you later if it fails.

Koi are one big learning curve!

Fact is the beni is possibly too strong on the second koi for it's age.

I really like you're Kohaku. What impresses me most are their body shape. I have seen some picture of Nissai Kohaku bred by you and the beni and body only becomes better and better. And the skin!!!!!!!!
