New Software Break-in Challenges

I'm starting this as a new thread because I'm not able to post replies to existing threads. I was able to reply earlier today, but now when I click on "reply" I just get the auction listing followed by the thread, but no "screen" for inputting a reply. A few bugs to work out.

.... Meanwhile, I'm enjoying everyone's posts, and especially Bob's show pics! Thanks, Bob, for taking the time.

Mike,

Try clearing all cookies for the Koi-Bito website from your browser. I think that this will solve the problem.

rgds,

I tried removing cookies, but it did not work to solve the problem. I am having no problem this morning at the office. My problem was at home, where I use a Mac. Perhaps there is a Mac compatibility issue? On the Mac the space for typing a reply does not show up. The auction space (empty space) is extremely long, filling a couple or 3 screen lengths. Scrolling through the blank space to the end, the "submit reply" icon appears, as if the space for typing in a reply should be immediately before, but there is no place to type in the reply.

Anyway, no problem this morning on my office PC. I'll try the Mac again this evening. .... I may become a nighttime lurker and a daytime poster ... or, I'll just need to work even later at the office?

What browser are you using?

Have you tried FireFox? It seems to work fine.

Mike,

I also use Mac's at home, and don't have a problem.

Well, don't know what my problem is. No trouble replying from my office PC today, but the mystery of the missing reply box remains unsolved on the home Mac. But, I'll not be a nighttime non-poster. My old laptop functions alright when directly connected.
