Pricing in Japan

I was wondering if anyone heard about pricing this year in Japan. I have heard a few things and I was wondering what is true. I heard because of the quake the pricing went way up, but I also heard that is not true. I was told not to many people are going over to Japan this year because of all the damage and low fish count, so breeder are lowering the price of koi to move them. Anyone know what's true?

My opinion is the price$ will be up! But that is my opinion... I will find out in 4 days. But then again 1 of the first places I am going to go to is Toshio $akai..

Whatever the prices are I am there to check things out and see some old friends and breders.. Just want to show my support whatever the prices are.. .

Haven't heard of anything being cheap so far, but what dealer is stupid enough to tell you what he paid for a fish? Well anyways, I think the price will be high, but not high enough for breeders not to move fish.
