Hi Nancy, hope you have recovered from your flu. Flu (avian) is such a touchy topic nowadays.

A group of us will be going to Hiroshima and subsequently to Niigata next Saturday. I have always loved showas from Marudo-san. How is his stock this year? Any photos of his showas?

Just stopped by Champkoi for the first fall shipment today. Seems like the price is higher than last year. But much much more quality than before....

Marudo has a great selection of Showa's, we bought 3 showa's and 4 Sankes from him. A few of the above pictures have our own personal fish in them from Marudo. Sorry but since we are getting ready for our show in 4 weeks, I can't post picks of them. You can go to Eastern Nishikigoi's website and see some of Ken's fish from Marudo. Or you can try to figure out which ones are mine in the above pics, and you will then know that those are Marudo's.
