Chris, I don't know. I've done one and that was enough for a lifetime. By the time I got the squares cut out, I was done. Finally finished and don't ever want to do again.
Sindee,
a back-up bid would be of a lesser amount...as in My bid would not be in the range these guys can afford...I can only afford to enter a raffle and not even win the blankie , but be given it by the winner
The bidding has fallen off since Tom's last bid and I believe that Tom C's bid of $950 is still the high bid on the quilt. I said I would leave this open for a week, so in all fairness I will leave the bidding open until Midnight Eastern Time on Saturday.
3 hours left for anyone intrested in bidding. The last bid I am aware of is by Tom C. at $950.00.
We have the grandson this weekend, so I am watching Herbie with him and I'm not sure who is going to fall asleep first, me or him. He is really wearing me out. So much energy for a four year old.
Looks like Tom C.'s bid stands as the final and winning bid at $950. Conratulations Tom, I'll email you in the morning and we can work out the shipping and payment details.
Thanks also to Stephen for allowing this sort of thing on his board and to Brian for letting me post the info here so that Tom C. could bid.
