There's lots of koi dealer's in the "midwest" but it's such a catch all area that you'll have to qualify it by state.

people rolled their eyes at me this fall when I told them I was flying across the country for my koi passion to new jersey...couldn't i find something a little closer to home ( california ) ? I should ask Mat Mc Cann if he'd consider moving (LOL) !

"Chagoi" has mud pond housing up in your area Dick...Me I am trying to find one closer to home...I have to admit I get jealous to see alot of houses in Mizzou have small mudponds near them...
