20 acres, yup in Galt, about 20 min. north of me. They have 8 or 10 mud ponds, and the last time I was there a month or so ago, they were digging a few more.

Oregon? No, it was Missou in the "Great Mid-West"....Pretty flat land $4500 per acre...Just outside of the town of Jackson, Missouri...

There is a nice koi farm up for sale in Oregon. I have visited it a couple times. Sounds to me you really are dreaming of a koi farm,(we all are!)but never the less,if you want to see the site for the heck of it,its SpringBrook koi.

I havn't been there in many years, but that koi farm had 7 ponds covering 49 acres, as I recall.
