Some pics of my friends Chagoi...

Went on a little pond tour Monday with BNKoi and we stopped by our hobbyist friends house....I was amazed by the size of the Chagoi he bought from Genki, it was probably 31" three months ago and now it is about 33"....The pics are crapp, because of my camera phone...

I was wondering where that koi went. I only got to see it while it was in Kevin's QT. Looks like it's put on some weight just in a few months.

Sorry, I thought that what you meant when you said "Hope I have a larger pond to hold up that size....."

OK Dan, it was my bad... I always wish to have a larger pond in order to have
any large koi size. Mine is just 5K gal, so the biggest size I got is 24"..... But for reference, I think koi that smaller than 25" is much better for looking. Not so sure why. Perhaps, just because....

Anyway, that chagoi belongs to my koi buddy D. Tran.

Were you at Champkoi with your friend last Wed taking some pictures of the new arrival? If so, which one is you??
