Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
Brian,

You can add more than three items to the cart without any problems. However, when you try to checkout with more than three items in your cart, you get stuck in a loop between the ship methods page and the cart page. I can consistently recreate the problem on both IE and firefox.

This problem does not exist if you have three items or less in the cart.

Dave, Koimann,

Brian may not have received your email. He seems to have some type of spamguard feature on his email account. You may have received an email from it to verify that you are not a generic account that is sending random emails. I ran into that issue as well.

Dave, Koiman,

To verify your order status, you can simply go to the koi-bito main page (www.koi-bito.com) and click on the "account maintenance", you will see your order status such as "confirmed" etc.., it get changed to "shipped" when KB ships out your order. Please do that to check your order status....

Both PayPal and WorldPay also send out the confirmation as well. Did you get any confirmation from PayPal or WorldPay after your ordering went thru?

Regards,
--Dinh

Cool -

To order the backdated issues, you can go to the koi-bito main page, click on the "subscribe to koi-bito", then click on "Magazines" - It will pop up the new page with the list of all KB issues from #1 to #9. Then, as normal, click on "add to cart" and continue the next steps for completion of your order.

Regards,

Dan, I didn't have any problem on the number of items being ordered. I've ordered issue no. 4 to no. 9 in one bill and just work fine with me. Perhaps it's really programming bugs as Brian said which made it so.

Handy ~~~

Glad to know all your orders finally went thru OK.

Koiman, how often do you and your koi buddies in Signapore hang out at Max or Zion Koi place? I stopped by Max and Zion Koi on my last business trip. Both are very cool places - Max has a lot of quality koi from Momotaro and Omosako.
And the price is much cheaper than here in the States.

Dinh,I'm from Brunei but I go and visit S'pore quite often.Have never been to Max or Zion.I usually go to Nippon Koi farm and recently Diamond Koi.Sometimes I buy my koi from Japan.Nippon are breeding some very good shiros now.Diamond sells Sakai Fish farm kois.Below pictures of shiros bred by Nippon.
Cheers.Koimann
