Dick,
Dennis is a good choice. He gave a talk at my club some time back but it was what you would imagine, informative and interesting, full of small anecdotes that made it seem very personal and brought it all to life.
Toshio Sakai gives a great talk, very well prepared and supported by an a very sympathetic interpreter. It concentrated on the development of the Matsunosuke brand.
Kentaro Sakai gives a good lecture too. Less detailed the Toshio's where development is concerned but a great insight into Hiroshima Sakai bloodlines.
He doesn't need an interpretor which keeps things moving.
One of the more recent good talks I've witnessed was by a guy called Cliff Neale who owns the Sanke that took GC at the BKKS National in 2003 & 2005. It's about FEET (his acronym for Food, Environment, Exercise and Temperature) the elements of growing koi to their potential.
The speaker that I'd want to hear (and interogate) is JR.
