With a 110mm pipe you should be able to run a single shower with your current 1500gph system on the same drain. Someone used to have a pipe size/gph chart link around here.

So thanks everybody , I think Simon is right when he says that 20 kg of BH isn't enough, so I will doubble it and try to fix a primary vortex before all my bio filter like Dick had suggest.
I still have some time to think about it and digest all your suggestions;
Thanks again
Marco

If your vortex is sufficiently big, I would divide the flow after the water has passed through it. So after the vortex, part of the water to the BS, part of it to your regular filter setup. From the BS, I would return the water gravity to your pond, maybe via the waterfall. The water from your regular filter I would return via a pump directly to the pond for circulation.

What is the diameter of your vortex?

My filter is a central vortex with four filtration unit around it, not really a good system because the central vortex isn't big enough. This filter works well because i added à static K1 in the vortex and fluid kaldness in the second but before that it was a pity.

So I understood now that I should put a big vortex unit in place of this filter and feed the central vortex and the BS by that water.
Some work for winter ...
