In march, shiro was 8 cm and kohaku was 12 cm.
For now both of them are 35 cm.
the kohaku came from sakai japan and shiro came from thailand'breeder.

I'm no expert, but the growth rates of 3-4cm/mo are pretty impressive. For me the main question would revolve around bone structure being Jumbo type or not, and of that I'm not certain. The Shiro body seems to be nice and thick throughout but I can't really make out a prominent skull bone as the Kohak has.
(btw, the pattern on the shiro has a very pleasing "understated" elegance to it)

I do not see the bone structure, shoulder hump, width of chest I would expect to see on a koi destined to grow to over 30", but I'd defer to others with more personal experience. If 26-28" would make you happy, I think you have a shot.

It looks like it could go jumbo to me..... I'm just looking at the body structure, myself.... How old are they?..... The shiro looks like a female..... ((I'm looking at the wrong picture))....

I like the Kohak more than the Shiro. The only problem with me is the pecs on the Shiro. The pecs are to straight(leading ray), pecs on a koi should have a slight sweep to the back. Both these fish have alot of room to improve.
