I live and was raised here in Houston all my life. Did do part of my training in the Navy at the Naval Air Station in Corpus Christi.

Regenmeneer, when did you live in Houston? There's a big difference in the weather b/w Houston and where you live now.

I live in a little village called Luddington in Lincolnshire England. I was born in Scunthorpe around 11 miles away. I expect the nearest place anyone here would of heard of is Sheffield about 25 miles away.

steve, you touched a chord....as a youth in cleveland, ohio I was a member of the Lakewood racing pigeon club. As a freshamn in highschool I had the 2nd same day bird in on a smash 600 mile race (bad storm) for our club and was 15th in the concourse of over 2000 members.My basic bloodline was dordan from france mixed in with some local birds from bill schlegel, who brought his bloodline over from germany. You'll have to PM me and exchange emails so we don't bore our koi kichi buddies, gee i'm kinda glad this thread got started....fun!
