I'm afraid to measure the temps on my pond - since I'm sure it has dropped to the 40's even with the tent. I envy you guys at this time of year - but not during huricaine season.

What varieties do you have in Lake Luke?

I got two good "named" fish.
A MATTsonuske Sanke fromQuality koi
and a Brady Showa(not his grade "A" fish)
but there are some other fish from Blackwater and a flock spawning that are recognizable as Kohaku, showa, sanke, Shiro, hi, and Ki utsuri, Ochiba Sigure, karasu, Hajiroand some other "stuff". As soon as I get the seine sewn I'll be doing some late Winter fertilizing. there is probably fifty fish in there of which 20 are worth keeping.
the fish are all loving life. they flock spawned in late September, and i could see it from all the "dings" on em that appeared all at once.
Nothing got infected including a "flapper" scale on a Shusui that took two weeks to fall off....Oh I got Shusui and Asagi too.
And some metallic ogon and two toners.
