TO: All who are attending the All Japan Koi Show

Would like to meet everyone who's going. How about meeting at a designated place/time??
Ray, you've been there before, what location would you suggest?? Getting together for a bite to eat after the show on Saturday I think would be a fun thing. What do you all think!??

How about a goin away BBQ for you guys so I can feel part of the party... Well anyways, when your in Japan scout out some tosai...Cuz I hear the Koi-Unit might throw a Young Koi Show end of May...

Great idea, I think most of us are staying at the New Takanawa Prince hotel.
Perhaps we could meet there, Ray might know his way around a little better than the rest of us. The only time I get to see Tokyo is when we land and jump on the train for Niigata. Never have got to see anything in Tokyo.

Hi all,
Thank you for the invite. Martha & I are staying quite a ways away from the show area at the Tokyo Hilton in Shinjuku. We plan to get to the show on Saturday morning. I am planning to participate in the ZNA judges training seminar on site but not positive of the time. Martha is planning to leave show early afternoon to go shopping and then just meet me back at hotel later.

As much as I would like to meet you guys for dinner I don't know if that will work with our plans. Maybe things will change and we can figure out something at the event.

Best place to hook up at th All Japan Show it the big blow out party on Saturday night starting at 5:30pm held right at the Ryutsu Center but in a separate hall from the show.

Tickets are 5000 yen which covers entry, all drinks and food too!

Rub shoulders with all of the breeders, dealers and high profile hobbyists from Japan and all over the world!

Schedule of Events All Japan Combined Nishikigoi SHow:

Thursday: Set up and Benching (Closed to Public)

Friday: Judging (Closed to Public)

Saturday: 9:00am doors open to the Public for General viewing. (1000 yen entry fee) doors close at 5:00pm

Saturday 5:30pm: PARTY! (5000 yen entry fee) BE there or be Square!

Sunday: 9:00am general admission
10:00am Award Ceremony (long and boring but very important!)
Noon or 1:00pm Lottery Drawing (don't lose your entry ticket!)
3:00pm Teardown and take trophies home.
