All Japan Show... Mark and Martin Win!
Yep... just heard from Brian, and Daisuke, whom have confirmed that a new Sakai Kohaku bought last Autumn has taken GC!!! I think congrats are in order!

Congratulations!

So a different kohaku than last years runner up! Any idea why they bought/entered this one instead of last years runner up?

Just found that the runner up is also a kohaku from Sakai Fish Farm. I heard that the maruten kohaku is no longer alive.

Non-Japanese GC winner
Dinh,

I believe that a gentleman from Taiwan owned a kohaku that took Grand Champion at Shinkokai's All Japan a couple of years ago. Name evades me at this time, just remember seeing pictures of him, wife and daughter at award ceremony and later at home.

The guy from Taiwan name is Mr.Yang Lih Ching.His Maruten kohaku was 93cm I think and also from Sakai Fish Farm.
