HELP!!!!... Treatment for Nematode Worm??....

I noticed my koi in the qtank swimming uncomely... Just recently... I took a sample just a few ago and notice a brown s-curve swimming worm.....

comparing this creature to the following site:

http://www.microscopy-uk.org.uk/index.html

I determined it was a worm....

Site had a few species under this classification, but the way it moved was described under the term: "Roundworm/Nematode"

The picture was an exact replica of the animalia that moved under the scope...

What would you suggest as treatment?....

Would salt effect it?...

Your advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!.....

Did it look like this? I found this one on one of my koi. Only one ive ever seen and haven't seen any more. I have Supavermed since then for gill flukes, so mabye the Supaverm got it.

There are a gagillion nematode species. They are around us everywhere, all the time. You biofilter media is crawling with them. It may be impossible to have a pond which does not have nematodes. Some are parasites - but most are not. I don't know what "swimming uncomely" means, but I would look for another cause.
