Koi has stopped eating

16" Sanke I have had for 3 years. He stopped eating in October and since than has spent the whole time on the bottom of the pond, have no idea how he has lasted this long. I was able to catch him in January, inspected could find anything wrong, kept him in quarantine and injected him with Baytril for 3 days, he gained some interest and strength. But him back in the big pond (it was heated this winter) and he was much better for about a week. Now he is back on the bottom not eating and has trouble swimming. No problems with the other Koi. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Sounds like some thing in your pond the fish dosent not like,

i would keep on treating the fish in quarantine to get the fish strong
and see how it goes
