Just wanted to let people know that Mr. Chai Taevanitcharoen will be judging our show along with Mr. Grant Fujita. Chai has written a couple of articles for KOI USA in regards to tosai selection and is in the ZNA canidate judging program.

Cool. This is a good move for your show. Chai is one of the best person for juding young koi show. Thru his articles and his seminars, Chai got a strong knowledge about young koi. I like his article "How to increase your knowlage of Baby Koi". In additional to that, Chai has been doing koi show as a showchair many years for ZNA SoCal chapter.

good lucks guys....

I am down for this show.. This will be a first of its kind and fun event. No cross contamination and will be able to view fish side by side if need be.. No risk and you get to eat free.

I went to one of these shows in Niigata and it was a fun event no doubt. Hopefully we can continue some of this positive energy in this event.

Getting Chai as one of the judges was a good move. I highly respect Chai for his knowledge in Tosai..

Let's Do it!

How about Garry Chin and Lary Gil. The two respected Northern California koi kichi with their strong koi knowledge and judgements? They will contribute additional success to your young koi show.

I went down to last year's event and had a great time. With any luck I will make it down. If I can get there early enough I plan on buying a koi to enter into the show. I have enough time to make sure my qt is up and running. At least half of the planned filter media should be cycled. The new stuff might just be getting started.

Looking forward to seeing you guys again.
