The 2 different body types of Maruyama....

From what I have studied with Maruyama Tosai is there are 2 different types of beni...Kagura and persimmon...But there are 2 different types of body style. What seems to be more seen is the Sensuke body type and the Murata. Have seen in the tosai, that some seem more stout body and wider nose(Murata). Anybody else notice this?

Cool...It's interesting how the 2 body shapes take a different turn in development.

Well here is the only record I have within about four months. Thick body, but pattern changed a little? Sold this one a few months ago at about 10". I didn't have patience to see if the deep color hi would hold as it grew.
