Koi Club evolution

Seems the internet is putting the hammer to the koi clubs.
The internet should make the clubs STRONGER.

Hi Luke,

That is a perception I agree. I see it said on many a forum that forums negate the need for joining a club, but the reality is different.

In the eighties there were 40+ koi clubs in the uk, in the naughties we have 60+ and that is on top of the many forums which in themselves are a sort of cyber club.

I see the internet as an enhancement rather than a replacement.

the internet could be USED by the clubs, yet clubs need to be more than the elementary "Here is How you Clove a Koi"
