Momotaro have had poor press occasionally for their koi being too expensive for the quality. To those who say that, I ask, have you been to Mototaro to buy your koi?

These 2 were bought at Momotaro in auction for a fraction of their current value.

Maurice, if most anyone else was buying tosai for future oyagoi I'd be shaking my head at their naivete. But you doing it has me admiring your boldness. ...There's a quote I cannot recall about the risky act of a stupid person being foolishness, but the same act by the knowledgeable person is bravery to be emulated.
