I quess there are maybe some accomplishment in being olde as dirt.

Now that i've added bonsai to my interests the dirt may come in handy!

truthfully this board is renewed each morning as more and more "discover' KB and contribute, bringing their own enthusiasum and view point. I'm really happy to see so many of the folks from different continents contributing as it sure gives us a fuller view of the hobby.

I consider it a priviledge to have been able to help with the beginning and as many can see love to watch the subjects and comments ebb and flow. A souce of pride these days is to get into a subject line late and see several others nail a topic! It's a good active board with great contributors....

Most of my learning came from the Malysian koi board. A striking attribute of those who post there is an absolute clarity of meaning of those who do stumble with English language. Most posters, of course, are as or more fluent than I, but occasionally someone really would be having obvious trouble using English to express themselves. And would still be clear! What a supportive community they have built. It is always fun to see Americans who smudged up that board "graduate" to here.

Maybe later Alex Coppas will share some meaning with us.

Mickey the windowman, ever crabbier as losing short term memory and joint strength.

(And looking forward to somehow, someway, meeting Dick Benbow.)
