Thumbs up He may be skinny

...but handsomely marked. Hope the heron wound heals well as the overall pattern of the koi is very nice. How old/long is he?

A doits metallic red ansd white and black fish would be doits kujyaku wouldn't it? This fish got called kikokuryu first time I saw it, I think koiczar corrected me to beni kikokuryu, I don't think it's hariwake, but I know it's not shusui.

The wide and fat look is a trait of doits fish isn't it? To be stubby by nature? Looks good now though if it is a kiko, as a shusui it is completely missing any blue and the dorsal is already overrun.
