Charity Auction !!!

Hi all,

As you already know, Koi-Bito auction site has been used for helping AKCA to raise fund for KHV Research Program. Many people wonder the KB non-profit auction is just for KHV research? Brian supports any program that help to fight this dreadful disease. But the charity auction is not just for KHV auction. It was created for any non-profit auction supporting worthy causes. So if you have any auction for non-profit koi related org. supporting any worthy causes, please let Brian, charity, or me know, hoping we can help out.

Thanks,
--Dinh

What if people want to donate items to this worthy cause, who do they get a hold of to send such items? Plus, I am sure some of our paid advertisers would like to donate something too....

Koi-Bito supports charity by allowing the site to be used for charity auction for worthy causes without any fee. However, it does not involve in any related financial. The person, who would like to place any items for charity need to work out the auction plan and shipping process to the winner. If you look at the KHV auctions in the past by Ray Jordan, you will see how it works.

Thanks,

The postage for KoiUSA mags may be more than the cost of the old mags. In this case, it is better to have a silence auction at local club or local koi event.... I donated my Koi USA, Nichrin, and other mags to ZNA NorCal's Library....

Dinh, if you an ORIGINAL old copy of KOI USA #1, I'll take it off your hands- and I'll be more that happy to send you a self addressed return envelope ! JR
