Here you go. The comparison is with the smallest Lim Bowl. The color of the bowl is more on the Japanese color side and alot taller(bowl is 70cm). The pic doesn't show how straight the walls are because of the angle. But compared to the real thing at the store there is no difference!!!
Japanese Bowl: comparison.
Lim Bowl:
Pros: The US version of koi bowl. Not many dealers carry his bowls because difficult person Lim is.(so I dont really know if this is a pro)
Cons: too shallow, more tapered sided so fish have a higher likelihood of jumping out. The blue is too dark for viewing fish.
Hydra Bowl:
Pros: Same build as Japanese bowl and maybe just a shade lighter.
Cons: Hard to get here in the US, and the tub is so durable that it is kinda too heavy to be moving from one place to another. This is because the thickness of material that is used.
FM Bowl(Eastern):
Pros: Same as the Japanese Bowl so whatelse is there?
Cons: ? Not yet...
